Barre3 mixes athleticism, grace, and the latest innovations designed to balance the body. Inspired by ballet barre, yoga, and Pilates, instructors guide clients through a specific sequence of movements that tone and lengthen all major muscle groups, rev the heart rate, and strengthen the body. Barre3 is for everyone, this is not a one-size-fits-all approach to exercise. Instead, each individual is empowered to modify postures and develop body awareness for lasting results. Throughout class, clients are given personal attention along with the motivating and upbeat atmosphere of a group fitness class.
